I am IN LOVE with Astronomy! I could study the universe forever and still not be happy. My goal is to one day teach for NASA. I currently teach 5th grade, and I especially love teaching Science and Math!

I was thinking about this today in context of food decay. I thought, this would be a great way to teach chemical reactions because it is very relevant to students.

You mean there are other ways to learn the periodic table besides the weeks it took me to memorize that thing in 11th grade? I am curious about these cards. I am going to look it up. I noticed someone said they were expensive. I wonder if they are "makable" Yes? No?

I used the free sites, but they can't compare to Starry Night. I use this program in my afterschool Astronomy group because unfortunately, I don't teach Astronomy in 5th grade. I couldn''t believe it when I first started working that I wasn't able to teach my favorite subject. I do sneak it in during the Light section. 5 Concepts explained well
Out of the entire energy Sci-pack, this one took me the longest to get through because it was more of a lecture-style of learning. However, I must say, I gave it 5 stars because you can't deny how well the concepts were explained in this Object. I learned a great deal of information!

I was thorougly engaged in this Science Object. I think that the interactives were very helpful and useful - even if in a classroom setting!

5 Wonderful
This Science Object was just wonderful. I don't know how else to say it. It was clearly one of my favorites out of all of the ones I've done so far. I found myself engaged through the whole object!
