We always want to teach science at such early age, so later on students aren't afraid or strangers to science. As caregivers should we introduce the concept that science is in everything without introducing proper vocabulary?

I've never done a Chemistry Food Cooking project, but I am sure if you relate everything to mixtures/solutions and reactions then the students will see how they are doing chemistry in their everyday life. I would've loved to do this as a students because not only do you learn chemistry, but you learn what each ingredient does to the overall recipe which is a good life skill.
