Hi! I am a UNI student majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Literacy Ed. I grew up on a dairy farm in small town Sherrill, Iowa and I love spending time outside. When it comes to science, I'm especially interested in nature and how many parts of an ecosystem work together in harmony. I soon hope to teach 1st or 2nd grade in a high-need school.

Starting a garden and observing the solar eclipse are some great ways to get students engaged in science outdoors.
