I find this article very interesting. I find that I often ask the wrong questions when dealing with this topic. I like how this article gives examples of the right questions to ask. The article also provides the properties of both living and dead things, which is great for a teacher to use.

This article was very simple yet very informational. It provides good examples of both inferences and observations. Knowing the difference between both inferences and observations is helpful for both teachers and students. The terms can be mixed up, but this article would help someone who may not understand the difference.

The article gives five actual strategies to help develop inquiry based learning. Strategy two was my favorite and I feel needs to be addressed more in the classroom. Children need to be able to share their ideas in the best interest for the student and the teacher.
