Dr. Chaston talked about coral biology, the value of coral reefs, land-based pollution impacts, and management actions. She also shared information about teaching resources available on the Internet.   This short 11 minute podcast walks you through several great websites for background information about coral reefs as well as lesson plans and such. This is very informative and allows you to explore in more detail what is out there for teachers.
