Energy: Stop Faking It! |
This symposium gave participants an opportunity to interact with Dr. Bill Robertson,
author of the popular series of books: Stop Faking It! In this face-to-face experience,
Dr. Robertson talked about the concept of energy, and used examples from his book:
Energy: Stop Faking It! Using many different easy-to-find materials like paper cups,
marbles, rulers, toy-car ramps, balloons, etc., he engage the audience and guided
discussion to assist teachers’ understanding of ideas like potential and kinetic
energy, work, and conservation of energy.
