Energy: Stop Faking It! |
Two, free Web Seminars sponsored by the National Science Teachers Association’s
NSTA Press were scheduled in the spring of 2006. The programs featured Dr. Bill
Robertson, author of the NSTA Press publication Energy: Stop Faking It!
The seminars focused on the topics of simple machines, heat, temperature, and thermal
energy. The author also provided ideas for activities that can be done using commonly
found equipment. Both web seminars were designed for 3-8 grade level educators.
