This web seminar took place on December 17, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. eastern standard time. The presenter was Flavio Mendez, Senior Director of the NSTA Learning Center.

In this seminar Mr. Mendez described how to use the Learning Center's free PD Plan & Portfolio Tool. He began the presentation by asking participants to share their own plans for professional learning. He then introduced them to the PD Plan & Portfolio Tool, which offers educators a structured online space where they can record their goals, reflect on their activities, and document their learning. Mr. Mendez provided step-by-step instructions for using the PD Plan & Portfolio Tool and gave participants time to get started on their own plan and portfolio. Web seminar participants received a complimentary SciPack (10-hour interactive learning experiences valued at $18).
