Eric Boldt Eric Boldt is the Warning Coordination Meteorologist at the National Weather Service (NWS) Los Angeles/Oxnard forecast office located in Oxnard, California. He is responsible for the weather office's severe weather watch and warning programs, and public outreach and education programs, covering the four-county area of Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Eric is a graduate of the University of Kansas and has worked in the field of meteorology for over 22 years. He has worked as a meteorologist for the NWS across the Pacific Northwest, the northern Rockies, and for the last 6 years in southern California.
