Sarah Beistel is the Program Manager for the Bright Schools Competition. She serves as the day to day contact and lead regarding competition administration, marketing/outreach, event planning, and project registrations. She has extensive experience in earned media monitoring, message development and spokesperson training, and social math training. For the past 4 years, she volunteered as an Everybody Wins! Power Lunch reading mentor with two local Washington, DC public elementary school students. Sarah holds a Bachelors of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from American University’s School of Public Affairs in Washington, DC.
