Doing Good Science:
symposium participants

In this symposium, authors Olaf Jorgenson and Rick Vanosdall guided participants through an exploration of the critical issues facing educators who are doing science with middle school students. The session gave participants an opportunity to learn and affirm instructional practices and engage with other middle-level educators to explore the issues surrounding "doing science" at this level. All participants received a copy of Doing Good Science in Middle School: A Practical Guide to Inquiry-Based Instruction, published by NSTA Press, and a folder containing relevant materials.
