Two Web Seminars sponsored by the National Science Teachers Association’s NSTA Press were scheduled in the fall of 2005. The programs featured Juliana Texley and Terry Kwan, authors of the NSTA Press publication Investigating Safely. The seminars focused on science laboratory safety requirements. Topics included equipping labs; storing and disposing of chemicals and other hazardous materials; maintaining documentation; and organizing field trips. Both web seminars were designed for 9-12 grade level educators.
