All web seminar participants use online tools that allow them to mark-up presenter's slides or share desktop applications in addition to engaging in chat with others online and answering poll questions Two Web Seminars on nanoscale scale science were held and presented by Dr. Gail Jones, Dr. Michael Falvo and Amy Taylor, the authors of the NSTA Press publication NanoScale Science: Activities for Grades 6-12. The seminars focused on science at the nanoscale, its applications, how this technology might present new challenges to society and ideas for classroom activities available in their book.
