Picture-Perfect Science Lessons: Using Children’s Books to
Guide Inquiry, Grades K-4 |
NSTA Press sponsored two Web Seminars featuring authors and classroom veterans Karen Ansberry and Emily Morgan. The seminars focused on the NSTA Press publication More Picture-Perfect Science Lessons: Using Children’s Books to Guide Inquiry, Grades K-4! Topics included “Inquiry in the Primary Grades” (December 17, 2008) and “Designing Lessons Using the 5-E’s” (January 22, 2009). The presenters shared their science education expertise, answered questions from the participants, and provided information regarding children’s books and web sites that teachers can use in the classroom. These Web Seminars were designed for educators of grades K-4.
