It is recognized by the society and accepted by students. It is necessary to strive to be a good teacher of "Four Haves" and achieve "Oneness of Knowledge and Action" anytime, anywhere. It has become a nine-year-old “Lingshan Academy”, which has inherited the fine tradition of “Lingshan Academy” for more than 200 years, and has continuously accepted the “Xinshan” students from all over the world. Therefore, I combined the characteristics of the school's parents that are not easy to concentrate, and actively organize school parents through the Internet across time and space . Through digital teaching methods , I formed a QQ Parent Counseling Group of the Academy of Sciences to allow parents to communicate and study with their children. Insist on once every week to carry out online exchanges STAM and innovative micro-class, from the introduction of OM OM DI world with innovative thinking activity, to STAM concept of cross-border integration, and then to various Kechuang a series of online lectures and other educational methods, communication , Which further activates the powerful power of family education. Although some parents are also busy at work, many parents will basically insist that their children listen carefully. Even if they cannot “live” the interaction on the spot, they will actively supervise their children to interact in their spare time.It has been accumulated for more than a year, and has been well received by parents and loved by children. During this exchange, the interaction between students and parents not only enhanced the emotional exchange between parents and children, but also stimulated the creative potential of students. In the recent period of discussion and exchange, five outstanding maker works have been produced. One of them was selected as the provincial “Science Player” Youth Challenge Challenge Final. The two were the first and second prizes of the city ’s primary and secondary maker competitions. The other two are the second and third prizes in the District Maker Competition. This little achievement greatly inspired me, parents and students. In 2020, he was invited to participate in the refereeing work of the 41st Mind Olympic Contest China. This is both a "cross-border" and "fusion" in education itself, and a "cross-border" and "fusion" with digital teaching technology and Internet + in the teaching process .
