Building a list of Communities of Practice... can you add yours?

Hello all,

I am a doctoral student at USC and am trying to generate a database of different communities of practice in the science teaching world.  I am defining communities as a place where mulitple educators share resources and advice with a common goal in mind.  Here are some examples of the communties I have already: (just to give an idea of what I am looking for)

Physics Instructional Resource Association (PIRA)

American Modeling Teachers Association (AMTA)

Earth Educators' Rendezvous

Society for the Advancement of Biology Education Research (SABER)

Science Education for New Civic Engagements and Responsibilities (SENCER)

National Association of Biology Teachers (NABT)

I would like to make this database as comprehensive as possible. If anyone would be so kind to add any and all communties of practice for science teaching at the K-12 or Higher Education level, that would make the database more robust and useful!!! Or perhaps someone knows of a place where this list already exsists or a version of it.  Thanks so much and this will be shared once completed :)

I'm not sure if this will be considered a professional learning community but it's used to share information and ask questions by and for STEM teachers.
