I'm an education major at the University of Texas at Tyler. I am excited too because a certified teacher and have my classroom in less than a year. I want to be that teacher that students are comfortable around and feel like they are safe. I had a great middle school teacher and I would love to be like her! I am hoping to teach high school golf alongside math or science, I'm not too picky!

I really liked this article. I liked how it had a 5 E lesson that goes along with what the artificial is talking about. It is nice to see that an actual lesson plan was created for it. I learned of fun interactive activities that I can so with my students when talking about what happens to the environment when it changes. One TEKS that I could use is 7.8B, and just change the lesson a little to fit 7th grade. I think that is article is really good, it gives correct information along with fun things that the students can do with environment changes.

I chose this article because I wanted to learn more about wind energy and how to incorporate it into a classroom. I learned some fun new ideas on how to teach wind energy in a classroom. I would use TEKS 4.7c its all about renewable energy. I think that a teacher could defiantly use this lesson and mix in any subject, so I would change the lesson around little to maybe include math and history.

I chose this article because it gives really good and accurate information about the moon phases and how to best teach it. I definitely learned how best to teach the different phases of the moon from this article. I would use TEKS 1.8B 2.8c and many more, you can change the activity up to fit many different grades! I agree with everything that this article says, the information is important to teachers and it is also very accurate witch is very important.
