My name is Kendra Logar and I am a student in the Elementary Education program at SIU/C! Teaching has always been something I have dreamed about doing ever since I was a young child. Elaine, I really like how you started off this post. In my eyes also view the "excellence V.S. effective" debate as "learning V.S. meeting deadline/criteria" I think that a combination of both is really what shows true excellence.
