I would also love to have some resources as well. Currently, I make assignment with google translate so they can read the questions. Google translate is usually enough for smaller assignments but the larger stuff is difficult. For larger assignments they use their laptops and search information in their language. Unfortunately, I don't have a go to resource but would love to have one as well!

I always love when a students stumps me. I use this as an opportunity to teach myself as well as the student. When a question like that is asked I always mention that it's a great question and I don't know. Students should be excited when they don't know something rather than put down. On top of making the lesson hands on, I always found that making a lesson relatable or personal keeps students' interest up. Most students want to know why they should care about something. Try to answer that question before it comes up.
