Haley Jackson

I attended The University of Texas at Tyler, and I am interested in teaching any grades between the grades of K-4. I want to teach elementary school-aged students, mainly because I've always strongly believed in the high importance and impact that early education provides for people throughout their life. Many people have helped me on the path of becoming a teacher. Still, the first time I truly realized that I wanted to be a teacher was when I was a sophomore in college as an engineering student working at daycare - I have always known since that job that this was indeed my passion. In the subject of science, I have always been fascinated by the way things work or how they function.
