I really like this idea of having a greenhouse! Encorportating this into the classroom is a really smart idea and allows students to not only work together to build and take care of this, it would also all students to see the effects of it. I also think that the addition of succulents, cacti, herbs, etc are a great idea!   Thanks!

4 Intro
This lesson plan is very detailed and provides a very easy introduction to classifying animals with easy materials like cheap toy animals and poster board. There are many steps that involve a lot of bloom's taxonomy and aligns well with standards like analyzing, sorting, and distinguishing. This also includes a vocabulary word wall and sorting worksheets. The assessment portion is a little weak and I think would not show the skills they learned very proficiently.

4 Great Resource!
I loved this lesson plan and resource as well! It was really informative and very detail oriented when in came to explaining what the students did in their groups. I also thought the final goal of how the children knew how some animals were born with these abilities and what camouflage was and could apply it to situations was very good! The only thing I did not like was that there were no differentiation for students who may not be able to do this and how the final assessment was just writing. I think maybe adding some options to draw or color would be very helpful and maybe working together to make their own animal maybe!
