3 Review: Newton's 3rd Law
I enjoyed the hands on activity using your hands/table. There were no materials necessary which allowed all students to participate & understand part of the 3rd law that...whenever you push on something, it pushes back on you i.e. When object A exerts a force on object B, object B exerts a force back on object A. The experiment between pushing on a mattress vs. a table was also a good example as it beautifully shows Newton's 3rd Law that whenever one object exerts force on another, a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction is exerted on the first object. This will help the students to dismiss the idea that if an object is at rest, no forces are acting on the object.

4 Review: Second Law
The first law talked about inertia not being a force. This law helped to assign a value to inertia. The simulation with the spaceships was excellent...I was able to use it in my class as it was easy to understand & introduced the vocabulary words force & mass. I learned that an object's mass is a measure of the object's inertia. I learned about the mathematical concept amongst the relationship between net force and changes in motion learning that the net force acting on an object = mass of the object/acceleration of the object; F = m a The "Horizontal Balloons" simulation reminded me of the balloon experiment done at PISA. Where F represents the net force, m represents the mass, and a represents the acceleration.

3 Review
I like how this tutorial broke the law down into parts. The first part showed the cup experiment which reminded me of the penny experiment done at the PISA workshop. The video shows a very simplistic approach to explaining Newton's first 1/2 of the law (objects at rest tend to remain at rest...) I learned that net force = unbalanced = pull both ways & that inertia is not a force
