Hi NSTA community! My name is Amanda Gonzalez and I am currently enrolled at The University of Houston pursuing an EC-6 Bilingual Generalist degree. I am currently a senior eagerly waiting for graduation. I love working with children, which is why I choose education as my career path. It has been a challenging yet rewarding experience and hope to continue to learn throughout my student teaching. I currently student teach at Landis Elementary where I am surrounded by 20+ first grade students. Love it! Overall, I wish everyone a great semester and to have a wonderful year full of learning!
