This is such a fun, interesting topic for students. A lot of them find it fun and exciting, which helps them be motivated to learn. Everyone listed so many awesome ideas and resources to help and give suggestions. I love the community that helps each other with all their knowledge and strategies. Wow! There are so many great ideas and resources here for genetics activities! I find genetics so fascinating! I know I will teach it in my classroom eventually so it is important to have some great resources and information. I've saved various of these ideas and websites. Thanks to everyone!

I think this is a great resource. It's very creative and fun for the students. I do think it's hard for most of the ideas because what we can take into classrooms as far as food and treats is extremely limited due to many factors, like mentioned allergies. There are lots of candies that have elements that students could be allergic to. It could always be done but it could be an issue.

5 Great, useful information
After reviewing the collection I come to find that it is so helpful for educators everywhere. There is so much information on inquiry based learning and how to integrate as well as initiate inquiry based learning in the classroom. These resources provide great information and ideas for teachers as well as people who are just genuinely interested in the topic. This collection has great material and well thought out/conducted research. It would be a great resource collection for any teacher to have in their reach. All teachers could benefit from the information in this collection to help them with their teaching and curriculum.
