I graduated from Cal State Fullerton this past spring and I am looking forward to finishing up the teaching credential program at SDSU. I loved going to the San Diego beaches this past summer and can’t wait to check out more of San Diego.

I never thought about how to accommodate lessons for the visual impaired. I would choose an engineering design course for an elective as I could see it benefit students that are good with making practical application in constructing machines, buildings, bridges, etc. This allows for math to merge with science and students can see how these subjects work together to make something work.

In first grade I find that we do more informative writing about science that we read about that actual hands on. I think that the hands on approach and notes should be a 50/50. Students learn through all forms but oftentimes the most memorable are the hands on activities where they can connect the science to the real world.
