Yes, this is a great question! I have also been wondering what are some helpful activites for recycling and other science lessons. I'll keep my eye on this post to see how it goes!

Hello, my name is Tamar and I am a pre-service teacher at UMBC and for one of our assignments, we need to create a two week lesson plan on a science topic of our choice. I chose my topic to be on ecosystems but I am having trouble with some engaging activites that coorespond with that topic. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

I've actually asked the same question and I'd love to know the answer as well! It's really important for students to be actively engaged in science in order to help facilitate their learning and escpecially with younger students, they need to have the ability to get up and move while learning.

4 Great activities
Very interesting and detailed lesson plan, although I may have to tweak it so that my students could understand it better because it seems a little difficult for their level of ability. I really like the activities and I would definitely recommend!
