If the entire team decides on certain documents/lessons to use, then it is good to stay on track with the team. I wouldn't think of it as not using your ideas, but make sure you give input when there are things you want to try. Hopefully as with any strong team, opinions are appreciated and respected. 5 GREAT Resource!
I really enjoyed this resource, it is a must have for weathering. The ease at which it is explained makes it very appealing and I definitely plan to incorporate it next year!

I love everything NOVA so I may be bias but.... this is a great to either post or let students explore for a bit if you have access to computers. For myself its a great way to break students into the timeline of the universe right before discussing the timeline of Earth as well.

I really enjoyed the newspaper activity and plan to use it next year! Seems like a fun great way to model the layers of sediment and how we can age fossils!
