Hi! My names Rachel :) I am 23 years old. My birthday is on the first day of summer, June 21st. I am a student in the Elementary Education Program through Southern Illinois University at the University Center. I love working out and staying active & healthy and spending time with family and friends. Besides being in an Education program, I have been a nanny for over 4 years. I hope to become a 3rd grade teacher!

Elaine, I couldn't agree with you more. I believe being excellent and effective mean very different things. I really liked reading about your perspective about these two words.
