4 Force and Motion
This was a good refresher science object on force and motion. The lesson included helpful information about speed, acceleration, velocity, and distance. It used the tortoise and the hare story to help explain the content which can be used in a classroom. It also covered how to calculate speed and some misconceptions about these topics.

4 Education Initiatives
This podcast gave some helpful resources that a teacher can use in the classroom to teach about nutrition. The two were Make Your Calories Count and Spot the Block which help make wise healthy food choices and how to read the Nutrition Facts Label. It also discussed nutrient labels in restaurants. I would recommend listening to the full podcast to get a better understanding of things discussed in the short podcast.

4 Nutrition: Healthy Lifestyle
This science object was helpful to get a better understanding of how to make wiser choices in regard to nutrition and health. It started with basics about nutritional facts and keywords then to resources such as to help find proper food intake. The lesson also explained other factors that lead to a healthy lifestyle like physical activity, geography, culture, climate, among other things. The information covered in this lesson could be used in a classroom to help the students learn more about nutrition and health. There is a lot of information but you can take away the main ideas or give the students great resources to start thinking about how to live a healthy life.
