5 Newton's 3rd Law
I had some prior knoledge but I had a misconception that the greater the inertia between two objects pushing against each other the greater the force would be in one direction, I know now that it would be an equal reaction. Also, the concept of two objects both pushing back against each other are equal.I would implement the clearer explanation of this third law, I can understand how my students would expect all objects to have an equal yet opposite reaction.

4 Newton's 2nd Law
I had prior knowledge from PISA this past summer. We conducted the ballonn experiment to demonstrate the theory of acceleration. The tutorial cleared up some confusion on how force equals mass and acceleration. These concepts might be hard for me to teach to my third graders without the hands on activities to demonstrate them. I understand better now that the greater the acceleration = the more force and less mass and the less acceleration= less force and more mass or inertia.

4 Newton's First Law
In relation to my prior knowledge I have taught the concepts of Newton's first law so I was familiar with the basic understanding that objects will remain at rest unless acted upon by an external force. Our activity during the summer with the toy cars was an excellent way to demonstrate the 2nd part of the law that states that an object will move in a straight line unless acted on by an unbalanced force. The tutorial did help me to better understand inertia and how it is connected to all of this. I learned that the inertia of an object is measured by its mass. The more mass the greater the inertia. I think many of my students sometimes have too much inertia!!!
