View the series

This web seminar took place on November 14, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. eastern standard time. The presenter was Flavio Mendez, Senior Director of the NSTA Learning Center.

In this web seminar Mr. Mendez talked about the different functions of the My Library tool in the Learning Center, including adding and recommending NSTA resources, uploading personal resources, creating personalized collections, and sharing those collections with groups or making them public. During the program participants had the opportunity to practice using these functions by visiting the Learning Center and sharing their feedback via the web seminar chat. Web seminar participants received a complimentary SciPack (10-hour interactive learning experiences valued at $18).

  • "Fantastic presentation! Super resource for all science educators. Great ways to collect and organize information and resources."
  • "I learned about many free NSTA resources, as well as how to add my own resources, and create and share collections. I didn't know I could do any of this before this evening's presentation."

Thanks to the participants and the presenter for the learning opportunity, the interactions, and a job well done!
