Creating and Sharing Collections in the NSTA Learning Center

This web seminar took place on April 10, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. eastern daylight time. The presenter was Don Boonstra, NSTA Coordinator for Online Advisors.

Don Boonstra's presentation began with a brief introduction of the NSTA Learning Center website. He then transitioned into using the "My Library" tool. He went over, in detail, how to add resources, recommend resources to a colleague/friend and how to create/share collections. During each portion of the presentation, the web seminar attendees were able to go to the learning center website to actually carry out the task that was being demonstrated. The participants seemed to really appreciate the interactive nature of the web seminar and the time given to be able to carry out the tasks.

A certificate of attendance was deposited into participants' My PD Record and Certificate area in the NSTA Learning Center for completing the evaluation form at the end of the program.
