Creating and Sharing Collections in the NSTA Learning Center
All web seminar participants use online tools that allow them to mark-up presenter's slides or share desktop applications in addition to engaging in chat with others online and answering poll questions

This web seminar took place on January 15, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. eastern daylight time. The presenter was Flavio Mendez, Senior Director of the NSTA Learning Center.

Participants were encouraged to actively engage in creating their own collections of resources after they practiced downloading a few resources from the Learning Center to add to their personal Learning Center libraries. They also learned how to upload resources that were outside of the NSTA Learning Center portal in the form of pdfs, URLs, etc. Finally, participants were shown two different ways to share their collections with their colleagues. The presentation is archived so that anyone wishing to learn how to create and share collections can do so by following Mr. Mendez's detailed instructions throughout the webinar.

A certificate of attendance was deposited into participants' My PD Record and Certificate area in the NSTA Learning Center for completing the evaluation form at the end of the program.
