Two Web Seminars were presented by experts from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the first seminar, Camille Brewer talked about the contents of the food label and how consumers could use the information to make better choices. During the second seminar, Sherri McGarry focused on foodborne illness outbreak investigations. The Web Seminars were designed for educators of grades 5–8.
