Teaching Science with Food Safety

Two Web Seminars were presented by scientists and education specialists from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) one by Dr. Julie Moss and the other by the FDA Team. The first seminar focused on international food safety issues. The second seminar provided an introduction to food recalls. The presenters shared their science expertise, answered questions from the participants, and provided information regarding web sites that students can use in the classroom.
