I plan on using this podcast (and likely the rest of the webinar) in my language arts class to review compare and contrast and incorporate more science into our curriculum. There is a lot great info in just a few minutes. My one complaint is the editing at the end, it should have been cut a minute sooner before the segment on volcanoes begins.

I think the podcast was cut to keep the file size smaller because it abruptly ends in the middle of the comparison of the Earth and Mars. Information is great, but cut is poor (which does not reflect on the presenters). Maybe a part one and part two podcast.

The short podcasts of the webinars are a great way to get content in short amounts of time. This podcast is approximately 7 and 1/2 minutes long. It highlights several of the similar features between Earth and Mars. The method was to show side by side pictures. What I like is that you can use the podcast for students to listen to, or if you have the technology, be able to mimic the pictures and highlight many of the ideas to your students directly.
