This article is really a discussion of the type of teaching that was being done by two teachers. Direct and indirect instruction is the basis of this article even though the authors do not use these terms. The article does a good job of discussing these two processes and feel that indirect instruction creates a "we" culture in the classroom more effectively than direct instruction.
