Bill Robertson is an excellent teacher. He uses thought experiments, participants' prior knowledge, and questioning to help web seminar participants enrich their understanding of thermodynamics. By the end of the seminar, participants not only have a better understanding of thermodynamics, but they also have several new ideas for their teaching toolbox.
