This webinar looks at the Arctic Ocean. Once again, if an educator is interested in background information about the effect of the ocean in weather and climate, this webinar provides scientific based information. If you are in a hurry, take a look at the slides. If you have the time, click on the webinar archive. An excellent explanation is provided.
